💡 Did You Know? It takes our designers 15-30 hours to create each original KAPOW nail set. Please respect their creative work!

  2. Social Media: Feel free to post photos of your KAPOW nails with proper tagging (@kapownails) and no filters that alter the designs.
  3. Gifting: Purchased sets make wonderful gifts - just keep the original packaging intact.
  4. Inspiration: Our public designs may inspire your own original creations, but direct copying isn't allowed.

We actively monitor for intellectual property violations. If you encounter suspected infringement:

  2. Provide Evidence: Include links, photos, or other proof of the suspected violation.
  3. DMCA Notices: For copyright claims, submit a complete DMCA notice with all required elements.

Note: We investigate all legitimate claims and take appropriate action, which may include legal proceedings in cases of willful infringement.

  4. Platform Removal: We work with ecommerce platforms to remove counterfeit listings.
