Processing Time

All KAPOW nails are handmade to order with love and care. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to create your perfect set before shipping.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days (FREE on orders over $29.9)
• Express Shipping: 5-10 business days (+$25)
• Priority Shipping: 3-7 business days (+$35)

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your KAPOW nails ship. Track your eco-friendly package every step of the way!

We want you to love your KAPOW nails as much as we loved making them! If you're not completely satisfied, here's our hassle-free return policy:

15-Day Return Policy

You may return unused press-on nail sets within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original condition with all packaging
• Nail sets must not have been applied or altered
• Original proof of purchase is required

Refund Processing

Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange your unused nails for something you'll love even more! Follow the same return process and let us know what you'd prefer instead.
