We stand behind every set of KAPOW press-on nails. If you're not completely nail-bitingly excited about your purchase, we'll make it right with our no-questions-asked return policy.
Good to know: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Unused nails in original packaging can be returned for any reason!

For eco-friendly returns:
- Use the original biodegradable packaging
- Ensure all nails are unused and in their original slots
- Include the original packing slip (we'll email a return label if needed)
Step 3: Send It Back
Drop your package at any postal service location. For US customers, we provide prepaid return labels.

- Once we receive your return, we'll ship your new set within 2 business days

- Size Exchange: Switch to smaller/larger sizes at no extra cost
- Style Exchange: Choose any set of equal value (price differences will be charged/refunded)
- Color Correction: If the color doesn't match our photos, we'll send a more accurate set

❓ Common Questions
What if I opened the package but didn't use the nails?
As long as the nails are completely unused and undamaged, we'll accept the return! Just make sure all pieces are accounted for.
Do I have to pay return shipping?
For US customers: No, we provide prepaid labels. International customers: We'll reimburse up to $5 USD for standard return shipping.
What if my nails arrived damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos! We'll send a replacement set right away - no need to return the damaged ones (we'll recycle them properly).
Can I exchange for a custom design?
Absolutely! Just note that custom sets may take 3-5 extra business days to create before shipping.
