🛒 Ordering & Payments

1. Order Acceptance: Your order becomes binding once we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipping.
2. Pricing: All prices are in USD. We occasionally run promotions which may affect pricing temporarily.
3. Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.
4. Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes (we can't predict or control these).

📦 Shipping & Delivery

5. Processing Time: Each set is handmade after you order. Allow 3-5 business days for crafting before shipping.
6. Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options with different delivery timelines (see our Shipping Policy for details).
7. Tracking: You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. It's your responsibility to check this.
8. Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it, contact your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days.

9. Return Window: You have 15 days from delivery date to initiate a return for unused items in original condition.
10. Non-Returnable Items: Applied/altered nails, custom designs (unless defective), and final sale items cannot be returned.
11. Refund Processing: Allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for refunds to process (timing depends on your payment method).
12. Exchange Policy: We happily exchange unused items for different sizes/styles within the 15-day window.

13. Proper Application: Follow our included instructions carefully. We're not liable for damage from improper application.
14. Allergies: While we use hypoallergenic materials, test a small area first if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
15. Reusability: Our nails can typically be worn 3-5 times with proper care, but this depends on your application technique and activities.
16. Custom Designs: Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective. Minor variations from digital previews may occur.
