Customized orders may differ slightly from submitted images but will aim for a high fidelity reproduction (~90% accuracy).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped according to the selected method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. KAPOWNAILS is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Customized or sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, images, and trademarks on KAPOWNAILS belong to the brand or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, or modification is prohibited. Customized submissions must be original or permitted by the customer; KAPOWNAILS is not responsible for third-party infringements.

7. Limitation of Liability

KAPOWNAILS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question. Customers are responsible for reading product care instructions to prevent damage.
