2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be completed through our approved payment methods. KAPOWNAILS reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if fraudulent activity is suspected or payment cannot be processed.

3. Product Information

We strive to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations in color, size or design may occur due to the manufacturing process or screen differences. Customized orders may differ slightly from submitted images but aim for high-fidelity reproduction (~90% accuracy).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped according to the selected method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather or carrier delays. KAPOWNAILS is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Customized or sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, images and trademarks on KAPOWNAILS belong to the brand or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial use or modification is prohibited. Customized submissions must be original or permitted by the customer; KAPOWNAILS is not responsible for third-party infringements.

7. Limitation of Liability

KAPOWNAILS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question. Customers are responsible for reading product care instructions to prevent damage.

Personal information collected through orders or site usage will be used solely for order processing, customer support and marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your information without consent.

9. Governing Law
